Reimbursement of Grafix
Osiris Therapeutics’ commitment to regenerative medicine focuses on all types of hard-to-treat wounds, including diabetic foot and venous leg ulcers. However, reimbursement varies by payer, contract terms, and site of service. As such, providers are responsible for verifying coverage with the patient’s insurance carrier, including the applicability of any non-coverage decisions for Grafix.
Because laws, regulations, and payer policies regarding reimbursement change frequently, it’s important to consult with your payers and coding specialists. To help with that process, we’ve provided our Grafix Reimbursement Guide to answer common coding and reimbursement questions, as well as our Grafix Insurance Verification Form.
Osiris assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of the coding information suggested. If you’d like further information about reimbursement of Grafix, please speak with your Osiris sales representative or contact us directly.
